Managing Partner
Johannes E. Runtuwene is an Indonesian Public Accountant with over 25 years of professional experience in auditing, assurance, and consulting services for both domestic and multinational clients. He previously served as a Partner at Grant Thornton Indonesia and, since 2006, has been the Managing Partner of the Firm. He is a member of the Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (IAPI) as well as the Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants (IAI) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Trisakti University.
Juara S. Nainggolan

Juara S. Nainggolan is an Indonesian Public Accountant with over 25 years of experience in auditing, assurance, and consulting services for both domestic and multinational clients. He began his career as an auditor at Grant Thornton Indonesia and currently serves as Assurance Partner and Deputy Managing Partner of the Firm. He is a member of the Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (IAPI) and the Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants (IAI). He is a member of Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (IAPI) as well as the Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants (IAI), and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from STEI as well as a Master’s degree in Accounting from Trisakti University.
Hendrik Saputra

Hendrik Saputra has more than 20 years of work experience in tax consultancy with developed expertise in Tax Planning, Corporate and Financial Restructuring, Merger and Acquisition, Transfer Pricing and General/Specific Tax Matters, such as tax audit, tax objection and tax appeal. He was Tax Consultant from Grant Thornton Indonesia and currently as tax partner of the Firm. He is a member of Indonesian Tax Consultants Association (IKPI). He received his Bachelor of Economics from Trisakti University and Bachelor of Law from Bung Karno University and obtained his Master's degree in Tax Administration from University of Indonesia (UI).

Norman Wijayantoko has more than 20 years of work experience in tax consultancy with developed expertise in Tax Planning, Corporate and Financial Restructuring, Merger and Acquisition, Transfer Pricing and General/Specific Tax Matters, such as tax audit, tax objection and tax appeal. He was Tax Consultant from Grant Thornton Indonesia and since 2006 as tax partner of the Firm. He is a member of Indonesian Tax Consultants Association (IKPI). He received his Bachelor of Economic from Indonesian School of Financial Economic and Banking (STEKPI) and Bachelor of Law from Bung Karno University.
Hari Manurung

Hari Manurung is an Indonesian Public Accountant specializing in general audit, financial due diligence, and internal control reviews across multinational companies, NGOs, and various industries. He brings international experience from his work with KPMG in Indonesia and New Zealand, as well as Ernst & Young in Indonesia and Australia. Currently, he serves as an Assurance Partner of the Firm.
He is a member of the Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (IAPI) and the Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants (IAI), and holds Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Padjadjaran University.

Frans Jimmi Parlindungan Sijabat is an Indonesian Public Accountant specializing in auditing and assurance for private, foreign, and state-owned entities across industries including financial services, energy, resources, and industrials. He brings 19 years of professional experience from Deloitte Indonesia before joining the Firm, where he now serves as an Assurance Partner. He is a member of the Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (IAPI) and the Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants (IAI) and holds Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Sumatera Utara (USU) and YAI Persada Indonesian University, and later obtained a Master’s degree in Management (Finance) from Indonesia Open University (UT).

Currently, he is a Business Process Solution Director of the Firm. He received his Bachelor of Accounting from Tarumanagara University and Accounting Profession Certificate from Trisakti University.
Welvin I Guna

Welvin I Guna has more than 15 years of professional experience in tax consultancy, with developed expertise in Tax Planning, Tax Compliance Review, Tax Audit, Tax Objection and Appeal Proceedings, as well as Transfer Pricing and other general and specific tax matters. She has extensive experience in providing tax advisory and compliance services to both national and multinational companies across various industries. In addition to her consulting role, Welvin is actively involved in delivering taxation training for clients, professionals, and the general public. She is currently serving as Tax Director at the Firm. Welvin is a registered member of the Indonesian Tax Consultants Association (IKPI) and holds both a Tax Consultant License from the Ministry of Finance and a Power of Attorney License for Tax and Customs Court Representation. Welvin earned her Bachelor of Economics from Trisakti School of Management and her Master’s degree in Accounting from Universitas Tarumanagara.

He received his Bachelor of Accounting from University of Sumatera Utara (USU), Master of degree in Business Administration from Ohio University, Athens, Ohio and obtained his Doctor in Business Administration from Universitas Utara Malaysia.
